The Fulfillment II (And the Saga Continues)

Inside a number eight red, black, and green Delorean DMC I'm traveling through time's continuum. Intergalactic highways and bridges connect the world's cities and countries. Every set of mileage are surpassed by the minute. On the passenger seat is my dog, Jim. His bark (that's sometimes annoying) is one of excitement and amusement. Like Jim, I feel astound to see how far and wide my words have traveled. From the streets of Hong Kong to The Kremlin. Czechia Republic to Stockholm. Tehran to Rio de Janeiro. All of these places I was able to reside in. No passport was ever required. The splashing of ink and the surface of a page was all that was needed to reach the mount that I have climbed.

I started doing this at twenty-three. I had nothing to my name or to stand on. No college degree. No job or career. Out of my despair a fire had sparked inside me. My first two blogs, You Ain't Gotta Lie and The Masquerade came out of depression and my lack of success. Early on I learned that shedding myself in front of the world was a profitable method for exposure.

By twenty-four A Rebel Without A Cause was born. A fun fact is that the title came from hearing a conversation that a relative was having in my house. The conversation evolved around me not living up to my "potential." The words "a rebel without a cause" uttered out of her mouth. And the rest went into the pen and paper. Inspired by the works of Banksy and Shepard Fairey all eleven pages were bringing light to current day issues. ARWAC was the blog series that lit an artistic fire in me. This same fire lives in me today. However, the fire doesn't consume me, I consume it.

2020 brought the whole world to a standstill. A global pandemic had us locked up in our own homes. Protests and rallies turned prominent cities into rubble. Corporate news media (CNN and the likes) profited off the fear and suffering of the people. The voices on Capitol Hill fell on deaf ears. Ignorance became bliss and tasteful. Analyticz was my response for this ongoing travesty. Whether it was Samson, Stereo, If I Had One Wish, or Proclamation (Free At Last) each page was a portal into a different reality. It was while working on this blog when I thought about moving beyond politics, race, and current events.

Sowing seeds is a preference I would choose over beating dead horses. As a writer my responsibility is to be a healthy and informative alternative to all the confusion in the world. Let's say that an ancient alien race wanted to destroy planet earth. What would we do? In times of tragedy and conflict we need each other more than we think. We are to be a mighty fist and not fingers apart.

Headed towards the nearest exit in the universe's cosmos I still feel though there is still more to do. The avenues that inspire me are increasing. The subject matters that I want to touch on are abundant. Even though I feel accomplished as a blogger I still desire to dive into other arenas. Better times I wished for. But I am glad that God multiplied my days instead. One could hope that by the time I work on another blog series there will be more peace, tranquility, and the loving of neighbors that rule the day. Goodbye for now and see you on the other side.

  TO BE CONTINUED....
